1. About Bettr Edge

Bettr Edge is operated by Bettr Edge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide an information service that identifies value betting opportunities in US horse racing and delivers alerts to subscribers. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or provide financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bettr Edge. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this condition is not met.

3. The service

Bettr Edge provides value bet alerts based on automated monitoring of publicly available odds data. Alerts contain information about potential value opportunities and are for informational purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Value betting involves significant financial risk. You may lose money. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make based on our alerts.

4. Subscription and payment

Bettr Edge is offered on a monthly subscription basis at £39.99 per month. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings. On cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time.

5. Promotional codes

Promotional codes such as FOUNDERS30 are single-use, apply to the first month only, and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account credentials, resell or redistribute our alerts, or use our service for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. Each subscription is for personal use by one individual.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bettr Edge Ltd shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of our alerts, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the previous three months.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Bettr Edge platform — including alert data, results records, and methodology — is the property of Bettr Edge Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
